Achieving your goals through personal fitness training
My name is Dylan Lees-Jones and this is my story about how I turned my life around and achieved my goal of becoming a personal fitness trainer.
Smoking at least 40 cigarettes a day, weighing over 17 stone, taking no exercise, having no motivation and feeling generally quite low were my biggest challenges.
My health and fitness had to change . Now weighing 13 stone, nine years without a cigarette, positive, motivated, Simple, I had a plan!
My health and fitness plan
Putting my health and fitness plan together required a lot of thinking, writing, reading and doing. My determination to change was clear for all to see. Without my plan there were no objectives. Without objectives, there was no chance of improvement. If you can write a plan, you are half way there. All that remains is putting the plan into action.
My blog highlights some of my early struggles in more detail and how I overcame them. In short, my lifestyle was easy and required no effort but I was desperately unhappy. My new lifestyle has been a challenge but I’ve never been happier. I decided to set up Fitness Challenge with the goal of helping others face up to their challenges too. As a qualified REPS Level 3 Personal Fitness Trainer I now provide personal fitness training.
